ChLPS Canada operates under a robust governance structure, where a dedicated Board of Directors collaborates seamlessly with a seasoned Association Management team. This harmonious partnership forms the backbone of our organizational oversight, ensuring strategic direction, effective decision making, and optimal operational efficiency.
Management Team
In conjunction with the Board of Directors, ChLPS Canada is supported by an experienced Association Management team. Comprised of skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in association management, administration, and industry-specific expertise, this team serves as the operational backbone of the organization. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to execute the directives set forth by the Board, manage day-to-day affairs, and provide essential support to members and stakeholders.
Responsibilties
Administrative Support: Handling membership and certification inquiries, managing communications, and facilitating administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
Event Coordination: Planning and executing association events, conferences, and professional development opportunities to foster networking and knowledge exchange among members.
Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal responsibility to maintain the association's financial health and sustainability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for the association's initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and excellence within the association.

Our Board of Directors comprises accomplished professionals and leaders in the field of loss prevention, corporate security and risk management. Elected by our membership, the Board steers the association's vision, sets strategic goals, and oversees the implementation of initiatives.
